Welsh government buildings had all of 10 people out of a staff of a few thousand ๐Ÿ™„ EDIT: This morning at the Cathys office.

2500 of us weren't at work and had a long stroll round town in Plymouth today.
That's a whisker under 1% of the population of the whole city, including those above and below working age and those in or out of employment. The hospitals stayed open and the ambulances still took people there.
No idea what immigration at the ferryport was like, mind.
