STrawbs.. my favourite food!
lush. my favorite bit of summer is sat amongst the strawberries rows eating more than I pick. Probably shouldn't admit to doing that but doesn't everyone? 😳
Mine are from the garden :-). Perhaps you could grow some next year Emma82.

Aren't they really fussy though? My dad used to have massive rows of them and mid June every year they would be literally spewing strawberries out by the bucket load, was brilliant.
i appear to be about the only person in the developed world who doesnt like strawberries. im a raspberry kinda guy. love the smell of them, dont like the taste.
There is nothing like a homegrown strawberry.
I'm just back from a painting summer school where strawberry Daiquiris were the cocktail of choice when Mojitos werent on the menu. Lethal if you are a sweet toothed glutton like me.
Love them too, first arrivals in Feb and just finishing the season now. 😉
It's great living in the garden of England at this time of year. Massive punnets of local strawbs for 60p, really dark skinned and amazingly sweet.
