One sentence please; what's your point?
I'm amazed anyone needs to ask.
Attention.
Just to clarify my position, I did offer to take him for a pint first before butal pain maiming and a life of disfigurement, I'm not a total barbarian 😀
One sentence please; what's your point?
I made my point quite clearly 3 or 4 pages back. I'm waiting in the vane hope that a debate might break out. Probably too much to expect given the personality traits of the tattooed class...
I made my point quite clearly 3 or 4 pages back.
Bloody hell, you're a genuine psychopath.
All there words are so dull. I only bothered with the pictures
A mate from way back had this on his big ever increasing beer gut
Taken from the famous...
If that isn't an inspiring piece of art work to spur you on in a race perhaps some sort of performance enhancing drugs would work.
And you must be an amazing psychiatrist if you can diagnose that from 1 sentence!
Come on, talk me through it... How did you diagnose an inability to distinguish right from wrong on the basis of politely pointing you in the direction of my salient post?
If a bear jumps the shark in the woods does it make a sound?
gofasterstripes' one must be photoshopped, surely?
To get it to look right from this angle, the design would have to be pulled and extended quite a lot round the contours of the head and neck so that it would look really weird from any other angle but this one, like those 3D pavement drawings.
Amazing job if that's what they've done, though.
Ah, sorry, still a bitch-fest. Will leave you to it
Shintastic,
Do you suffer from mental illness? I'm not being patronising.
I should know about it as I do. I've been sectioned 3 times. No bullshit.
When inside these fabulous establishments I have met many varied forms of sick people.
The way you've portrayed yourself in this thread I suggest you try and get some help. Mind are a good start. Maybe go to your GP.
I promise you that you'll feel better.
gofasterstripes' one must be photoshopped, surely?
The whole thing looks like a drawing/painting. Shirt definitely not real.
I've been sectioned 3 times.
Quelle surprise.
But you need help baby.
EDIT:Lets have an stw shibbolethon. We could have a sponsored ride to pay for a couple of weeks in the priory.
Quelle surprise.
I look forward to your permanent ban.
That garter belt is truly amazing.
Shibbidoobydoo, what's wrong with that?
That's not the same image. Look a the shading in the negative space between the thumb and the ball...
Anyway, if it is real, it's just an exact facsimile of an MC Escher drawing, so simple plagiarism...
But very well done plagiarism if it is.
EDIT: http://www.mind.org.uk/ there you go
Shibboleth - MemberQuelle surprise.
Gosh can you speak French ?
Shibboleth - MemberIn my experience, the tattooed classes typically share the following characteristics........high levels of narcissism and pretentiousness
Pretentious.......moi ?
I think you just haven't realised how many of the pic online are photoshop compositions.

I think you just haven't realised how much some artists have upped their game:
Err, I meant the blue shirt not the old bloke's shirt.
Tattoos, gofasterstripes for people. 💡
I'm waiting in the vane hope that a debate might break out.
I tried several times, you ignored me. I'm up for debate.
Your point seems to be that all tattoed people are idiots. Is that right?
His point I believe is that everyone who's not him are idiots.
End of thread.
And my point is that there are excellent artists out there. I have realised that there are some photoshop contests, but:

The point is they are pretty hard to spot[/*]

The Escher/Head design comes up in a few views so I think someone HAS
done it even if that image is not an example[/*]

lists are fun[/*]

I've only got a double- ended-spiral, and a shit one at that, but even that's pretty popular.[/*]
Oh I forgot one:

You're still being an arse.[/*]
Winston Churchill wore a tattoo, as did his mother...
They were a right pair of ****less dribbling chavs iirc
Broke it again
FTFY.
Shibboleth - MemberCall me old fashioned, but I prefer people to be educated.
... Which, ironically, raises an interesting point. If you look at a cross section of successful people, the most intelligent don't usually have tattoos.
Call me old fashioned, but have you any evidence of that claim?
First time I've bothered checking in to this thread...... kinda wish I hadn't bothered, but find myself strangely drawn in.
THE ONLY semblance of a valid point that I can see has been made by *him* is that seeing somebody with a truly awful tattoo would make you question their judgement in general. I don't think anyone would disagree with that (even on STW).
However, it's quite a big leap from ^ that ^ to sweeping generalizations about the "tattooed classes". Trying to use the presence (or absence) of any tattoo as a surrogate marker for intelligence is dumb to the point of irony.
And with that..... I'm oooot
You say you want discussion and logical responses, mol and many others have tried on this threaf, Unfortunately shib, based on previous experience with you when discussing low temperature excellerated failure rates of laminates and resins under load cycles, you chuffed about came up with sone personal attacks, refused to actually acknowledge that may be someone has proper experience and then ran away and changed tack when I offered to send you copies of peer reviewed, published reports and research data, so unfortunately you don't want debate, or to learn, all you want is ammunition to keep feefing your strange need for troll based frottage
why the hell you haven't been banned as you add nothing constructive or positive to any thread other than a desperate need to create a scene to feed you ego is plainly ridiculous as many people have been vanished for less.
Quelle surprise.
Just, wow. How vile.
Call me old fashioned, but have you any evidence of that claim?

This thread
\End Trolling
More seriously, I know several PHD level scientists here in Dundee. From Sweden, Italy, and England. They have tattoos.
you add nothing constructive or positive to any thread
You missed his contributions to the on-line dating thread.
For me the big thing about tattoos is not what they look like when they have been ( occasionally) beautifully drawn on firm young flesh, but what they turn into years later. A greenish blue mess on sagging skin is frankly, just horrible!
Apparently, stimulating debate on a discussion forum is not considered a positive contribution.
Attempting to perform a character assassination of someone whose views you don't share, rather than actually responding in a similar fashion seems to be perfectly ok... How strange.
For the record, and to those that accuse me of trolling, if you look at my posting history you'll see that I've posted on several subjects - including helping someone with his tiling this week. Surely a troll would be disagreeing with people on any subject for the sake of an argument.
It's quite well known that I have a strong dislike of tattoos and cats, so if there's a thread involving either, there's a chance I might proffer my views. That doesn't make me a troll... It makes me a lot more consistent than the fickle yes men that'll change their views at the drop of a hat so they can feel part of the gathering lynch mob.
Edit: and whoever defaced that beautiful back should be charged with statutory assault!!
I'm waiting in the vane hope that a debate might break out.
Taking some pleasure in the fact that even those who are educated and have no ink can use vane when they mean to use vain.
I won't, however, go on to assume this applies to *everyone* without a tattoo, just the person making the mistake.
Apparently, Trolling [s]stimulating debate[/s] on a discussion forum is not considered a positive contribution.

That's funny, it's not that long ago you appear to have been defending Shibby's contributions on another inky thread. I'm sure there's a subtle difference in there somewhere though.
