I've got a Tecnics SL1400 MK2 turntable. While I know a lot about DJ turntables. I don't know a great deal about home hifi. SO what would this turntable be worth? There are none on ebay in the UK, but lots of discussion on forums about how good they are.

not a great deal I'd say, probably about £100 if its in mint condition?
Technic's stuff whilst well put together its very much the "Ford" of the HiFi world, well put together but built to a price.
That will probably have limited appear, DJ's favour the 1210's and Audiophiles tend to prefer more exotica.
That said I maybe looking to replace my sadly now sold Garrard 301 with something affordable..?
