Oscar really doesn't like having ear drops.

We have to wrestle him to the ground to administer them .

It's not nice for either party.

However he does lover having his ears rubbed.

Is there a small dispenser that fits on your finger so you can do drops on the sly?

Any other words of wisdom gratefully received.

We've just had ear drops from the vet for our mutt. The vet explained that there's a dog-leg (no pun intended) in the canine ear canal that means you have to get the dropper right in there, otherwise the stuff will just dribble out.

If one of you rubs his ears and gets him to relax and then the other person slyly passes the drops to the person rubbing his ears then you can quickly put them in.

This reminds meย of trying to put eye drops into my old cat's eyes.

If there ever was an impossible task, this was it.

My dogs are fine with anything going in to them but trying to give them the kennel cough up the nose squirter is another story.
