Were looking to purchase a Static, I know a few sites which I have been too,, but those are mainly the Haven Sites which fees seem really expensive.
Anybody recommend some good sites around North/Mid Wales near to sea that I can have a look at, looking at google its hard to know whats decent whats not.
I heard some sites will force you to renew statics every few years...some simply by refusing to manage/rent it out for you or just making life difficult!

You could look at The Warren at Abersoch if you want to feel happier about the Haven prices. 😯
