For the past week there has been a very bright star/planet in the south sky.
I think it appears to be brighter beacuse it is very low in the sky. Has anyone else noticed it while out biking at night?

Down here in SA Venus is the first star to come out at night, in fact it's so bright it comes out before it's even dark.

Apparently Venus appears so bright that it's often mistaken for UFO!

😕 MIR was scrapped 8 years ago.
