Hi guys, I would like to share my experience. My friends and I booked a stag weekend in Prague and we went there in April 2013.
We booked accommodation through a UK web site and activities through a company based in Prague. After we got dropped at our apartment by a hummer we found out that we needed to go to the other side of the city to collect the keys.
The UK based company didn't give us any information about this, but fortunately the local guide we booked did us a massive favor and took us to the head office in her own car to get the keys, otherwise we probably would have been stranded.
This was my first time in Prague, and I really don't know how we would have found our way across town to sort this problem out if it wasn't for our guide (although now I know more about using the public transport system there so it probably wouldn't be such a problem next time).
In fairness, the UK company apologized and refunded us a little bit of our money for the trouble, but I would like to recommend to everyone booking a stag weekend abroad not to use UK based operators.
They are just the middle man who has to contact a local agent anyway, and they don't do it for free.
I would highly recommend www.praguestagfun.com - which is the company we used for our activities in Prage. The service and prices are exceptional and the guides are a lot of fun, and my friends and I already have another trip lined up next year for my own wedding
