Hi please excuse my ignorance but can I download Spotify to a 7th generation iPod nano and then use tracks in a vehicle via Bluetooth ?

I might be wrong but don't you need wifi device to stream Spotify? And the nano isn't

I doubt it can be done as the shuffle and nano don't even support Apple Music (piracy prevention).
