I'd say I know about nutrition than most folk, I know the basics and a bit more, but I still think I have some room for improvement to get an extra 5% or so out of my training. Anyone know of a high level one I could work with? Looking for more detailed advice than the basics as I said. Don't mind working with someone online through emails etc.
Cheers!

Meet me in the pub at lunchtime and we can discuss the details over a pint, pie and chips

I'm the fastest rider on here and I owe it all to the iBinners diet

the iBinners diet

What's that, having a group ride and putting n-1 pies at your destination?

Is this some sort of public schoolboy tradition I'm not aware of?
