If i see something i like on the website i check to see the price offered online, if the sport pursuit price is way below the price i've found online and i can be bothered to wait for delivery then i buy it, if the price i've found online is within a few £ then i tend to buy it online.
Bought quite a few items from them and when i've had to send stuff back the refunds are quick and without hassle.
They are fine if you are not in a rush for the stuff, if you are go elsewhere.
I can afford to wait about a month for it to arrive. Should be sufficient?

They're not generally as slow as they say either (ime at least), frinstance I just ordered a jacket, it arrived about a week later.
Do always check against competitors though, they're often not that cheap once you factor in the postage.
So the ski pants I'm looking at are apparently 60% off the rrp so can't imagine them being cheaper elsewhere? And If I have to send them back because they don't fit or whatever, after the flash sale has ended, will that be a problem?
No - they are very good at returns/refunds.
The stuff they sell is mostly (not always) end of line so quite often you can find it similar prices elsewhere
I've had a few things off them in the last 2 years but just recently I've noticed that increasingly I can get the same item for a similar price elsewhere
No issues when I have used them though, Teva Links where last purchase, they took ages to arrive, about 2 weeks longer than estimated on the sales page, wasnt in a rush,mprice was great and they kept me upto date with delivery dates after I sent them an email
Bought some Sidis off them a month or two ago. They arrived and the toe box of one shoe was smaller than the other. Looked like some sort of QC issue, perhaps they were seconds? Returned them free of charge and they refunded quickly. Have used them before without issue, will use them again aswell,.

Think you might be their target customer... I fond most of their stuff is as cheap of not cheaper or more range of colours and sizes elsewhere.
I've had westbeach stuff from them and the seal skin mittens for £14 takes a while to arrive sometimes.
Regular customer here. As said, apart from the delivery wait, they're great. They do a price-match based refund if you do find something cheaper (unlikely!).
As for customer service - I bought a snowboard helmet from them, it had a tiny dent in it. I told them and they let me choose a replacement (slight wait until they had helmets in stock again) and sent me it without needing the dented one back. I wuz impressed.
Pretty regular customer too - had no issues on any purchases yet.
I've bought quite a bit of ski clothing from them over the past few years. Prices can be very competitive, but not always. A quick Google check on prices is always in order, but if they pass that test I would have no concerns on their service - other than time to deliver due to their business model. Most of their gear is end of line or out of season, but not usually an issue.
Ordered gore tex ski pants and jacket off them. Can't fault the price anyway!
