Missed Spooks this week, so am going to watch the next episode later on the digibox thingy.

Anyone care to fill me in with any salient elements of this week's episode which might carry over to the next one?

That nasty American woman was up to no good. China was mentioned, some people got killed. Ros investigated. The nasty American is up to her neck in naughtiness. Can't remember anything else! 8)

Lot of running about avoiding explosions

Blond American girl is obviously a bad egg who has the tatooed bloke just where she wants him after a bedding session.
He now knows she is a wrong'un, but looks like he is being led round by his willy

Oh and a gratuitous close up of the hard looking ladies bum in tight jeans as she ran up a fire escape, nicer than the front view I must say

Can't remember much else, clips from next week looked a bit more interesting

Thanks, FC! Just the sort of summary I was after....!

That American woman reminds me of someone....something about her colouring/hair.... ๐Ÿ˜ˆ ๐Ÿ˜‰

Sort of a flashback episode where the guy who recruited Ros turned up. He gave her his "memoirs" which were bugged and used them to access the database. He was seeking justice for his ex-lover who had been sent to her death at the hands of the Russians in a trade-off for some important information. When he found out they had figured it out and changed the records he shot himself in the head.

Meanwhile the American bird thinks she has covered her tracks since killing her boss but they triangulated her phone location at the time of the murder, so they know she was the one that topped him. She and Lucas are both playing each other and giving each other lots of hugs with troubled looks over the shoulder. You could cut the tension with a knife ๐Ÿ˜†

Can't make my mind up on the american, BOBFOC or is she good looking too. Nice gratuitous bra shots recently....

The one that got shot 2 episodes ago - she was fit.

Raymond didn't close anybody down.

The fat bloke hurt his back.

The two blonde fellas still haven't managed to cook anything.

The bloke who can actually cook is stuck with a lazy turd of a business partner.

6 episodes in and very little evidence of spying. Am I watching the right show?

Used to love spooks but now feel it follows the same old plots!

None of the main characters died which was unusual.

The American woman reminds me of someone too - Flash, have we shared a lady (not at the same time)?

I cannot forgive Spooks for what I call the soap opera hug - you know in soap operas? If there's a hug, and the eyes stay closed, then it's a good hug but if the eyes open, it's an evil hug. There have been a few evil hugs in Spooks recently.

Still love watching it though - like modern day New Avengers or something.

american woman remains evil yet alluring.

ros has a visitor from the past.

somone keeps killing agents involved with ros's blast from the past.

tatoo bloke realises evil american woman is evil

Ros gets covered in brains. again.

it's as good as ever. Breaking the house rules and watching spooks tonight without other half. going to have to pretend to not have watched it next wednesday.

Its just been introduced by the announcer as an "episode premiere", not showing repeats has become something to openly boast about!
