In the pan with butter, add parmesan and black pepper.

Crispy fried pancetta, parmesan shavings and avocado with a honey and mustard dressing. Fantastic.

wash the leaves, put them in a pan with some crushed garlic mixed in and just steam off the excess water for 5 mins.

2. puy lentils cooked in decent veggie stock and big handful of fresh herbs
3. Wafer thin courgette and carrot fried in very garlicy butter
4. roasted plum tomatoes
