Does anyone else keep getting pre-recorded messages coming through on the phone advising of "urgent action" required for my (non-existent) claim to refund my (non-existent) PPI policy. How do you stop them?

You can report them to http://www.ico.gov.uk/for_the_public/topic_specific_guides/marketing/calls.aspx
Won't stop them, but might make you feel better about dobbing them in 🙂

And what's with all these radio adverts promising people "PPI holidays" if they take legal action?

They always have Smooth FM on in my son's neonatal ward and there's one in every other ad break.

Along with a radio advert asking people to get in touch if they are going deaf and might have once worked in a noisy workplace. Whoever came up with the idea of a radio advert for deaf people should join Mensa.
