I had a remarkably nice cottage pie from the canteen. With brown sauce, natch.

chipolatas, onion and whole grain mustard butties I think. Important for balance. My GF, who's a vegetarian, said last night "I think we've eaten to much vegetable matter this week"

If you ever change your mind
Which you do from time to time
Never chew a pickle
With a little slap and tickle
You have to throw the stone
To get the pool to ripple

Carton of leek & potato soup...& a slice of brown bread of some description.

Not bad. Bit uninspiring to be honest...

Moroccan chicken salad (it's got couscous, sultanas and butternut squash in it), with some hot sauce, and a can of tuna on top (it needed eating).

I'd give it 7/10. A success, but not an unqualified one.

pastrami and rocket on wholemeal rolls. i fear i may be demonstrating certain social class traits at this point but i would like to stress the following;
i have no children called archie, arthur or isabella
i shop at tesco not waitrose
bordeaux is a sprinters stage and not a wine region......

3 pints of Amber ales Barnes Wallace, cheese and onion cob and some ready salted crisp. Fortunately, I'm on a day off.

Scrambled egg on toast with two slices of ham and a few cherry tomatoes, woofed down in no time following a nice ride this morning. My wife had to shut the door into the lounge/kitchen due to the 'disgusting spectacle'.

Rogg - Beetroot is second only to pickled onions on a butty with some tasty lancs. And if you eat enough of it, your wee goes purple 😀

Jerk chicken with rice, peas and fried bananas, finished off with a can of ginger beer and a pint of water. I'm currently rocking back and forth like an overfed weeble.

Spicy minced beef, smoked mackerel, avocado, green beans, broccoli and cheese. High protien, high ( good) fats, lots of fibre and low carb. Sounds horrid but it's surprisingly tasty.
