Pennyhill used to be our favourite before the reality tv wannabes took over.
Fox hills was recommended on here and is very good value but has very few loungers poolside .
Any other recommendations?
Must have lots of loungers, mixed steam room and sauna ,the ability to have food and drink poolside.

Champneys Forest Mere seems popular whenever shortcut my ride through their grounds.

I could, er, have a good eyeball in at the number of loungers if you want. Might not go down well though.

Google doesn't let you know how many loungers there are,if it's mixed steam rooms or if it's full of ****ers.
They will show you a deserted pool and a lady with cucumber slices on her eyes.
Stw . Trusted reviews.

No idea how the quality and price compares to others, we've used them when staying on site, but you can do day visits to http://www.aquasana.co.uk/ on Longleat Center Parcs grounds.

Agree with Bailiffscourt, quite small though, was very quiet when we were there, definitely didn't struggle with loungers, but in absolute numbers there are far fewer than Pennyhill Park.

How about the aptly named Bath Spa Hotel? Haven't been for years but was always quite a grand venue:

How far south? Cowley Manor just outside Cheltenham is very nice. And if you're going a long way south then The Scarlet in Mawgan Porth is amazing.

Mr and Mrs Smith website is a decent search engine for this type of thing.

Lucknam park nr Bath used to be great, but I’ve not been for a long time.
Locals to me like Calcot manor.
