Anybody on here I can ask about wording of financial lpa instructions (having been had over for 82 quid on failed attempt 1)

Financial POA - do it on line with Gov.uk - you fill it all in, get the signatures and submit. We did it without solicitors.
I assume that's what you meant ?

It’s about gifting, which under poa is controlled.
I want my attorneys to be able to gift to themselves.
