[Closed] Sorry, another eBay/Paypal question

OK,

So there's something on ebay that I want to buy, but it's at a silly good price, 2/3 times cheaper than normal.

Seller seems to have decent feedback, the item has already been bought by 6 people this morning (I know it doesn't mean he's legit, just that people trust him (or are silly)).

I understand that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, but still... If I end up getting a refund rather than the item, that's fine with me.

Basically, question is if he is dodgy, and nothing turns up, can I be fairly guaranteed that I can get a refund from Paypal?
