Looks like we're going to have to go down the acrimonious divorce route and get solicitors involved. Anyone got any recommendations for a good family law solicitor in Edinburgh?

Not my (former) field so I don't know anyone personally I'm afraid.

Howdy.

Not acrimonious, at all, but Stuart & Stuart handled my legal separation a year and a half ago (and a flat purchase for me in the good old days), Seemed reasonable price wise (lawyers so it's all relative!) and I had no probs with them. I'll prob use them for my eventual divorce!

Best of luck, Stuart

I found a good one. She scares me, but is ruthlessly efficient.

Cant help BUT I have a mate who is a criminal lawyer and one who works for the procurator fiscal, so if it gets nasty I can maybe help then. But good luck for now, keep it as acrimonious as you can.
