Whats that all about then ? Something to do with the film I'm guessing.
I've seen 5 cars with them hanging off the back tow point today.

They come free with Happy Heals. I would imagine that's the only dining experience familiar to the owners of the Vauxhall Corsa's you saw them hanging off

Personally, I never realised Binners was such a snob.

Pfft - that's nothing compared to the 70s craze when National Garages gave stickers away with fuel. Cars all over the UK were covered in the damn things.

Can't directly link to this image unfortunately.

I would guess at circa 1976/8 as I collected them and I am sure I wouldn't have done as a teenager (which I was in 1980).

Unfortunately I think you are that old, as am I. ๐Ÿ™

I'm not being snobbish Jamie. How do I come by this Macdonalds related information? Because I'm partial to the odd Big Mac myself. And especially Mozerella dippers. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Actually... I probably should have stuck with the snobbery. I'm likely to be burnt at the stake for making that confession on here ๐Ÿ˜‰

Must be a local thing. Either that or we're too posh here in North Wilts for such behaviour.

I've seen lots of cars with various teddy bear type toys hanging from the front or rear bumpers - no idea why, looks stupid IMO.
