[Closed] Smoking in kids playgrounds?

Is it acceptable for parents to smoke in kids playgrouns? One of the younger mums was doing it in the small play area next to our local suypermarket yesterday (by small I mean it's maybe 10m square so small enough for you to clearly smell the smoke. My instinct was to think that it was just wrong. I didn't say anything but it got my heckles up. I wanted to say that what you do around your own kids is one thing but don't exposre mine to your cancer candy.
