If Scotland does change income tax (in any way), how do you reckon they go about deciding who is 'Scottish' and who is not - ie will all of the UK have to state their location on tax forms from now or something equivalent?

I mostly live and work in London but still use my Edinburgh place as my main address. Wonder where that would leave me?
