So had new meters fitted and left with the remote device working in my garage - it was just convenient for the engineer access on the day. Moved it to my study where I actually want it and it will not connect. Study is not far away from the meters (4m maybe albeit with 2 walls in between).
Bloody useless thing - no point having a device to make you (the family he says in hope not anticipation) regularly think about energy consumption if it's hidden away at the wrong part of the house.
Any tricks for getting them to connect ?
Mine only connects to gas and ignores the electric.
Supplier cant read or wont pay to have meters read remotely so I still have to and enter it manually.
Complete waste of time and money.
The advertising is a complete con.
