Experiences please.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses from their uk website.
In stock apparently. Wait a week and receive an email saying delivery expected 5-11 days. Wait that.. Receive another email stating their supplier is delayed... Eta for item 'to them' is 11 days.
They apologise and offer 5 % discount.
I've been reading their reviews ... Which are not great.. Delays, fake goods etc? Not exactly reassuring.
I've just asked for a full refund.
Any other experiences with this company ?
