Ordered a small amount of electronics bits from RS - who do free next day delivery on any order size. Feeling a bit guilty as I'd put in my first order a day earlier, but in my rush to meet the order deadline for bits I really needed I'd missed a few other less urgent parts, so made 2 orders for £10 each rather than one for £20. But I couldn't find one of the items from the second delivery - checked the tracking and it seems it's on a separate delivery due today. The cost of the part on a separate PF 24 hour delivery? 54p (plus VAT)!

Can anybody beat 54p for something sent free delivery (which I guess even for a bulk customer costs rather more to them for PF24)?

...now wondering whether to return £2 worth of bits I've realised I don't need 😳
