Ok so im printing some bits at work and will need to use up some of the media. its a fdm machine so not the best accuracy.
any suggestions for some bike bits?

Just but wouldn't look as nice as a proper one imo

Make one of those top caps that hold a crown cork bottle top, then you won't see much of it. 
Edit - if you do, I'll have one from you for another of my bikes.
Second edit - if you want me to measure the diameter of the bottle top mount, give me a shout.
