What size?
16" iam a short arse at 5' 10"
We don't do finance, but if it's any use, we're selling our 16" Pugsley demo bike.
We've got a 16" black ops at ours .We do 0% but Ill have to check if we can do it over the phone. (you'll still need to sign the forms though).
Charlie the bikemonger would be my first port of call for Surly, but dont know if you can help with finance. Edinburgh cycles can get surly and do finance, i got my Surly LHT through them on cycle2work.
I'd try one first too, we have a 16 and 18" demo bike and I'm 5'9" and prefer the 18.
5'10" sounds a bit tall for a 16".
