I am stuck away from home and went to bed about 10 pm. I have just woken up because I rolled over and MrsWCA wasn't there.
That was an hour ago and I cannot get back to sleep

Whatever it was you rolled over to to with MrsWCA you could probably improvise and find a way to do by yourself.
I slept for less than two hours as I spent most of the night comforting my poorly 14 month old son, just as I have the two nights previous, so you'll have to forgive me if the sympathy for your situation isn't exactly pouring out of me.
Have you tried a blow up doll?
