make my bloody boil
controller no.2 stops working so call them to request a new one.
cant have one as outside of 'warranty' period.
I can buy one for £29.
30 mins of arguing with someone obviously just reading from a script.
say I want to cancel my account and suddenly i have a new controller, a better package and less monthly fees.
so why didnt they just give me a new controller in the first place??!!
