My roads resident retired nosy neighbour must have watched me leave on my commute today and say that I skidded on the little patch of council owned road grass at the top of the road which he claims as his own.

He says he's going to report me to the council and possibly the police?

Is anything going to come of this? Is there going to be a sting opperation set up tomorrow morning to try and catch me at it again?

Get the trials bike out and doughnut his actual lawn, mark it out for him.

The same kind of person I watched get arrested for trying to rip a bike off public lockups because the "wheel was in his garden".

*rant*.

Dig the patch of grass up or dig a gap jump into it.

Why were you on the grass anyway? Still, it will be of no consequence tomorrow as it will be impassable what with the skip he ordered covering it up...

If the land belongs to the council and he takes it up with the authorities he'll resolve the issue all by himself.... in other words, nothing will happen

Put some seeds down forming a message of your choice in his grass and wait until spring.
