Looking for a ride around skiddaw with my dog.
Say around 10 miles he climbs very well myself I cycle a lot af the technical stuff but not keen on a 30 min push love some technical and then a short hike but not a full mile at once of totally unidable.
Any suggestions
Railway line, Glenderaterra, back down Latrigg. KMB have route maps.
If you go straight up the front of skiddaw it'll only be about 2 miles but will take you and hour and a half or so of pushing. Not sure if tiger meant, up railway track to threlkeld, along the side of blencathra, cross over to skiddaw and down lonscale fell. Then where the carpark is at bottom of skiddaw either turn left and go down latrigg or through the gate at the bottom of the carpark for a cracking run back down to keswick. Have a look at a map if you haven't been before.
