I think the answer's quite simple but....

Have been using a logitech mx revolution mouse on laptop
Very useful especially for increasing and decreasing size of text on websites
The mouse has stopped working and have gone over to a normal mouse but any webpage I load does not fit the screen
Have tried reducing to fit size of page in settings but no joy
Any ideas anyone??
Cheers

Ctrl + scroll mouse wheel? That should change the font size, not entirely sure what you mean though

Double click the top Blue bar to maximise then close your browser.
Re-open and it should remember the last setting.

webpages are whatever width their author intended them to be, the only way to get them to 'fit' your screen is to use the (ctrl +/-) zoom functionality until it fits the screen.
