OH is selling a bunch of stuff on eBay. A few people have asked for changes to P&P; either requesting items to be sent Special Delivery or combining postage for multiple items.
Now, she's happy to do this, but doesn't know how this works from an eBay / PayPal point of view. Can the figures be changed post-sale?

When you invoice the person you should be able to select how much you charge for postage.

As yetidave says. You can change P&P charges at invoice stage. Haven't sold on eBay for a while but you should be able to get guide prices from royal mail online. I always notified the buyer before doing it though. And let him/her decide what they want.
