45 in shimano and normal shoes, 46 for sidi.

I'm size 44 in Sidi for both road and mtb shoes. Size 42 in normal shoes.

And they run narrow, the "Mega" versions are designed for the wider foot.

I'm a 43 in normal shoes and my size 43 Dominator 5s fit perfectly with a thin sock, but forget anything thick - have got some in 44 to take a Sealskinz.

Yup sidi's come up small so I always go a size larger.

Best option is to go try them on, in winter riding socks.

I wear 45 in Sidi (non-mega) , Shimano and Spesh but the Sidi is a bit narrower, I'd probably get the mega version next time (only a 10 in trainers btw).
