Birthday approaching, along with cold weather. A hat is a popular birthday choice, and usually a good option, but I have a cupboard full of beanies and Russian-style "ear flap" hats. Fancy something a bit smarter perhaps, or a nice flat cap. What hats do STW's dapper young men-about-town sport when the cold weather descends?

ooh, a coyote. I have to admit, I hadn't thought of that. That young man is clearly pleased with his.

I like the Scotch pancake one too.

A perfect hat to wear while fitting your superstar pads in the cold.

Errr... I was thinking of something I could wear for the journey to work, perhaps with a suit, or a pair of smart trousers at least. And it really needs to be dead (or at least immobile) - I don't want it disappearing up a tree, or getting run over.

Think these folk might knit one to order for you in any colour you like if you asked nicely enough.

Nice one Emmz, not seen that for years. The residents of 'muchty still talk about it to this day!
Not sure where it was filmed though, doesn't really look like anywhere round that way.

Very helpful indeed. Thanks.

I'm actually quite tempted by the beard one, and debaser's set up. Snuggly. The meat ones, less so. Most of the others are a bit big, or have too many tentacles.

This does seem to be ticking a lot of boxes.
