Is it feasible to spend £100 on shopping per month for a single person and eat well/healthy. Need to factor in cleaning products and toiletries.
Will be 5 packed lunches per week and minimal meat. Love cooking too!

At lidl/aldi and eating home made /whole some /alcohol free it is.
When we were a couple on a single bikeshop mechanic wage we managed on less than that a month . - 6 years ago.

I do aldi for the bulk, wholesale meat and the local market for bargains. We do £100ish per month for two of us plus a little extra every 3 months for spices, onions and things like tea and coffee from costco.
