Found a deal online for the mw5 or mw7 winter shoes, currently using the new am9's and they fit perfectly, having read online you should size up on shimano yet my am9's are the right size. Is there much difference between the 5 and the 7 and sizing do they match the am9's?

I've got a pair of shimano m200s and a pair of mw7s. The latter seem to be a a bit bigger. I've got both in a 46 and there's room for thicker socks in the mw7s than in the m200s. I'm normally a size 45 or sometimes a 46, definitely need a 46 in shimanos

Just the usual wiggle deal £15 off £100 spend brings them down to £110 plus I have a £20 voucher from an error they made with an order a few months back, £90 for winter shoes is pretty good.
