I'm just playing around with a few bits on our intranet at the moment
The built in tools for page generation are shockingly sparse. I don't think I can even control line color in table, just a few presets for the whole table
Presumably if I was an IT proefessioal I'd generate pges in paags in a proper web editor then moce them into Sharepoint?
If so what might editor might I be using?
Back in the day I used Front Page (I think)
Just no. The cost and hassle involved in getting a SharePoint based site to look decent and be even half usable is astronomical. Anything else is preferable.

Most destination pages are fine. Can’t we just build some key pages in something else?
