Any one on here use a sewing machine? Need recommendation for an easy to use one for a novice. Cheers.

At the cheaper end they are much of a muchness. Much more to do with the fabric and thread. More expensive ones add stitches and attachments you will never use. There is a decent second hand market and you can pick up some real bargains, that's probably where I'd look to start with. Buy a reasonable brand at a budget and see how you get on.
