i still have my original amiga copy of sensible soccer (amiga long since broken unfortunately) i was rubbish at the game back then and no doubt will be even more now lol
have just bought sensible soccer on gog for the princely sum of £1.29 (on sale atm) so will now update the game with your link.
i have to admit that i have no interest in real football but loved sensi soccer for some reason lol.
We need to arrange a time on here for people to login at some point.

I don't have a joystick.... i don't think keyboard would be effective.
I play on the keyboard, ctrl key and direction arrows.
Seems to work OK.
But if you do have a joystick its better.
Got my old Wico working on the new version yesterday.
But still, keyboad OK and you can still swerve the ball. And still kick the underneath the desk when you hit the crossbar 🙂 or score.
Try it, its great. Keyboard or Joystick.
