Sending a frame to Europe?

What is the best (cheapest?) way of sending a frame to Europe/Germany? Was thinking of just usual parcelforce but don't many places do volumetric costing which means a frame costs bloody loads? Ideas of methods or couriers or similar? Hoping to get it sent tomorrow.
