As you may be aware i bought a mondeo 4 weeks ago, after 10 days the clutch assembly went leaving me with a £650 bill. The dealer (last monday) agreed to give me £330 towards the bill which according to CAB and trading standards was appropriate.
No sign of the cash yet despite numerous emails. What should my next step be (legally not piss related)

what DB said. No point in messing about.

Do you have written evidence of agreement?

Could get a bit messy, clutch being a part that does wear, if you have something stating he was offering you £330 it will be easier, bet he will try to links it up with a final settlement agreement and will wash his hands of the car after the payment is settled.

If you are just claiming for the £330, it will only cost you £25 if you apply online & is a simple process to go through.

If you go for the full amount and I wish you luck, it will depend on the value of the car?

btw - don't send the boys round 😉
