If so and you're looking for an estate agent. As soon as they've completed my sale I will happily recommend someone NOT to use.

Up to today I've had to initiate all of the communications and to top it I arranged to go in to sign some doc and my solicitor wasn't, in hadn't told anyone i was coming, and no one (including me) knew what i was meant to be signing.

Think it's still pre 2008? Yes they do.
