I see an "O" on the board, you've got "jog" or "jogs"

You've got 'jog' there, possibly 'jug' & loads of others 😀

Stop whining, get another pint in and start kicking trouser.

It's not a game, you know. It's war by other means. 🙂

Last time I played scrabble I lost badly to somebody with severe dyslexia. It was rather disheartening.

Scrabble's great, some prisoners on our wing play it & I usually either watch & help(?) or stand by the general alarm button. Gets quite fiesty at times!

I'd be looking at "Pfannensteil", but it might take a while.

What the blinking flip is a 'quizen'?

And where did the 'x' go?

Why is there a bowl of cornflakes on the table?

There's your problem; lack of pie.

You can't have 'aire' either- suffixes or names aren't allowed.

And seriously, are there any other opponents?

I think in the modern game that C and V need to be made 10 pointers. There's no 2 letter words with them. ( I know official scrabble will let you have CH)
Whereas we now have Za ,Qi and Xu.

I know what you mean, but I think we should just leave well alone.
My brain is hardwired now. 😀

Have you tried 'Words With Friends' on Android?
It's an abomination!
No challenges and you can try out any word you like to see if it fits before commiting to a move.
Hell in a handcart, end of the world as we know it, etc, etc........

I hate the triple word positioning on words with friends.
It just forces you to squash into the centre of the board. Scrabble lets you flow more and 50 points for 7 letters is better.
