Girlfriend got one on there that they don't seem to have any of now. It was £50, decent size touchscreen, FULL european mapping & she said that once booted up it looks like her friends tom tom interface.
They now are selling an alternative one for £60 without the european mapping. Still looks like a good deal (so long as the directions are half decent I guess!)

the navi go ones are good for the cash - there is a hack page which suggests how you could possibly 'cough' go about intstalling proper tom tomm maps or any other variant of nav software on there - you can even run memory maps o it (they basically run windows CE as a backend)
