Just looked at the Vala on the Santa Cruz website. I’ve been thinking about saving up and treating myself. Noticed the price on the site has gone up considerably for the S build! That’s not the case when you check online retailers. Is it a sign of things to come? As I’m saving, so would be a while before the funds are in place am I going to see £800-1000 price hike?
Maybe worth a call to Stif who are part of Jungle who import SC to the UK. Many SC models are constantly on sale so it would be unusual to see a price hike, but it f the Vala is selling well you never know.
Unless what you have now is unsuitable for what you do, id suggest holding back on buying any SC at full RRP anyway. They are regularly found in sales at certain points in the year. I know a few people who bought at RRP only to find they were 20-30% off a month or so later.
