I promised myself one of these this year, mainly as a back up for navigation on my boat running an app called Navionics. I wanted a Galaxy Tab as they have very good gps reception compared with the Ipad. I run an apple phone and laptop.
I have just searched the web and everywhere has sold out. Any ideas where I could try getting hold of a new one or even a refurbed, but from some where with a decent guarantee.

Any particular reason you're set on the s5e? We have an S6 lite and I have to say it's really excellent and in stock new in plenty of places with manufacturer warranty.
CP I have no idea if it will make any difference but S5e has Galileo GPS where as the S6 doesn't - as it is for Navigation i thought it might be useful - but possibly not!
wanders off to look at what Galileo actual means!
