As above, just got my hands on a Samsung D600 which has an integrated 2.0 megapixel camera.
Whenever someone sends me a photo and I try to retrieve it - it says 'unknown subscriber". I know this phone is quite old now compared to todays standards but does anyone know if I can get photos sent through a message because so far it seems it isn't able.

does your account need setting up to receive picture messages?
Not sure, maybe. I'm using pay as you go. I'll check the settings but I don't think there is an option to activate photos from other phones.
Checked all the settings, no option. I might have to phone up 02, No!!!!
Don't you just send a picture message to yourself to make picture messaging work?
But 02 did automatically set it up on my new iPhone.
