Yum yum yum.

Had forgotten how good the food is down here in the land of two heads

I could definitely live in Hobart!

After having Salt & Chilli squiddles at a Chinese lately (see that, I never said 'Chinky') I decided to try my own. Got some lovely squid from Hendon in Sunderland & found a recipe http://chinese.food.com/recipe/chilli-salt-squid-88192 here. It was so easy to do & tasted (nearly) as good as the [s]Chinkies[/s] Chinese! Even the missus was impressed!
