If I go on some websites using my MacBook  [stw included] the pictures don't appear and it says this function is not available.
I then have to look again on Chrome and the pictures come up.
No doubt I have to tick a box somewhere to get pictures. Where is it please?

I can't think of a safari setting that would block images, or specific formats of image - theres is a 'content blocker' heading under 'settings > websites' but that would be empty unless you've specifically installed something.
Is it the current software / OS?
Does quitting and re-opening safari / shutting down and restarting make any difference?
